Man drowns at salt river

" NEAR MESA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – A man drowned in the Salt River Monday, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
It happened near Usery Pass Road, downstream from Blue Point Bridge and Sheep's Crossing.
Details were not immediately available, but MCSO said the victim was underwater for about 15 minutes.
Sgt. Calbert Gillett said the man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. "
